Authority To Leave

Its not always conveniant to stay at home waiting for a delivery to arrive.

When completing our Cart Page an "Authority To Leave" is checked and below is a dropdown list of common places to leave parcels when no one is at the address to accept the delivery.

You can uncheck this authority which may mean a delay in your delivery being received but this is entirely up to you to decide.

Please ensure the address is correct as redirection will usually incur a fee from the freight service which you will be required to pay.
